Health Coach Diagnostics is based on evidence-based lifestyle medicine efforts that evaluates members and supports them to achieve better health. Our team of Health Coach Providers, nutrition, exercise, and medical experts compliment your primary care to help eliminate 90% of chronic health challenges. Our initial check-up and timely follow-ups are commonly free with your health insurance and ensure members are on track to achieve their goals through better behavior, better nutrition, and better fitness.

Your New Plan

Along their journey to living healthy for life, all our members start with a personalized Health Coach Plan. The plan begins with baseline observations made at the initial assessment. Each member’s plan includes:

  • • Personalized nutrition-based blood testing to locate your individual strong and deficient areas
  • • Initial health measurements along with space to update them (and show progress) at three at six months
  • • Workout log to track your activities and heart rate
  • • Food diary to keep track of your caloric intake
  • • Nutritional information to help you make good decisions

Your Health Coach Plan will become your workbook for better health as you begin your journey with us. Bring it with you to every appointment, every workout, and keep it nearby at home to track your progress and encourage you on to better health.

Our new Courier Lab Technicians will come by appointment to your place of business or directly into your home to attain the samples needed to determine your best results. No more driving to a location, sitting and waiting, and losing much of your day.

First Steps

At HEALTHCOACH.MD, we’re obsessed with finding new ways to truly engage consumers.

While there’s no magic bullet, there is a winning formula. A strong, simple consumer experience and great content combined with compelling and targeted communications, choice architecture, smartly designed rewards, social network integration and data analytics.



You will be asked a series of questions about your current health, any medications you’re on, any diagnoses you’ve received, and your family’s health history. Then we’ll take some basic physical parameters like your weight, resting heart rate and blood pressure as well as chest, waist and hip measurements. We’ll also determine your body fat percentage at this time.




Next we will do a scan to assess the function of the structural aspect of your body. This will assess range of motion, your mobility, and how well your musculoskeletal system is functioning. We check for your metabolic breathing capacity and your baseline for calories including how well your metabolism is functioning.




The last part of the assessment is the functional physical fitness segment that measures maximum sit ups, push ups, flexibility and VO2 Max -- a measure of cardiovascular capacity.

During your assessment with one of our physicians, we will be performing the following diagnostic tests to understand your current level of health and wellness. We will then re-check your progress using the same tests at three months and six months into the program.
